We work with a trusted fulfilment warehouse in the UK. Orders that are placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next day.
We include free world wide delivery! Yay!

Q. Is the battery replaceable?
A. The battery can be replaced but unscrewing the battery door. For Battery issues and orders, please contact info@veglo.cc
Q: Is it water resistant?
A. Yes, it is water resistant and has a IP65 test certificate.
Q. How can you adjust the light so it doesn’t point upwards on a back pack?
A. The top straps tighten and loosen to move the central light up and down the bag to suit your riding angle.
Warranty
Veglo lights carry a 12 month warranty from the original purchase date to the original owner, and covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase is required. Veglo batteries carry a 6 month warranty from the original purchase date.
Veglo warranties do not cover operational failure or damage due to accident, normal wear and tear, improper installation, attempting to modify or access electronics, misuse, abuse or neglect.
The light will fit most backpacks up to 35 litres but is not designed to fit all types of backpacks. For warranty issues contact the distributor/retailer of your country or region directly, or email info@veglo.cc directly for returns.
Warnings
Do not shine the central light into the eyes of others and do not look into the light beam. When wearing the light without a backpack, use sensibly and remove from your person when not needed.
The Veglo Commuter X4 is water resistant under normal weather conditions, but it is not waterproof.
DO NOT SUBMERGE UNDER WATER. If moisture gets inside the casing, turn it off, remove the battery and air-out the housing until completely dry.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE ELECTRONICS. Doing so will void warranty.
